Your Responsibilities

§  Lead and coordinate the PQ Team

§  Responsible for all part numbers which are outside the Standard Scope of Service

§  Establish a reporting and monitoring tool for the ramp up projects

§  Lead the assigned projects in the ramp up phase

§  Organize and monitor all the activities before last project revision starts mass production

§  Optimize part numbers prior mass production

§  Coordinate multiple part numbers during PQ/qualification stage and ramp up

§  Provide necessary reports and documentation for standardized process flows

§  Ensure appropriate resources are available to support the assigned projects

§  Ramp up new projects according to the planned yield and costs

§  Provide technical inputs for continuous improvement projects

§  Setup PQ team meeting and activity review strategy

§  Coordinate all projects related information

§  Communicate with the account team (Sales Engineering, Customer Quality, etc.)

Your Profile

§  Comprehensive Knowledge of the PCB manufacturing process

§  Deep knowledge in Cu plating, Mechanical processes, Photo-laser registration systems is a plus

§  Knowledge in Statistical Analysis

§  > 5 years experience in PCB or Substrate (or similar industry)

§  > 3 years in managing a technical team

§  Fluent in written and oral English

§  Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), SAP, Mini Tab

§  Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to details

§  Good communication and negotiation skills

§  Good team player and team leader, Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting
