工作内容：

1. 负责销售团队的管理，包括日常销售目标管理、团队激励、新人培养等，带领销售团队提振和完成业绩目标；

2.  与项目团队市场和运营协作，协助完成项目管理目标。

职位要求：

1. 较强的销售和销售管理能力，乐于与一线团队一起打拼业绩；

2. 有朝气有激情，敢于拼搏，抗压能力强，学习能力强；乐于分享和团队协作；

3. 有展会主办单位工作经验、并有突出业绩表现者优先录用。

学历要求：

大学本科以上学历。
