职位描述
京东自营&POP店铺运营 （工作地点：北京）
不在深圳，招聘工作地点：北京市大兴区亦庄。
一、运营岗位职责：
1.熟悉京东平台活动及规则 ，与平台小二维持良好沟通互动，为店铺争取更多资源位。
2.精通京东快车、海投、购物触点等推广，数据监控、分析与优化。
3.熟悉店铺后台基本操作，监控店铺的重要指标，并分析处理异常情况。
4.与客服部门合作，收集整个销售链中的问题，提高客户转化。
5.与美工搭配完成产品设计以及上架。监控点击率数据变化，及时调整。
6.京东仓个仓库存每日监控及时下采购单，处理系统订单，跟进货物进度，按预约时间入仓。
7.负责京东自营店总体运营，整体策划，活动策划，制定销售目标，营销推广，上下柜及京东各种活动资源，完成公司kpi考核。
8.监控竞店和行业销售情况，结合市场情况及时调整运营策略和执行方案；
职业要求：
1.35岁以内，大专以上学历，思维逻辑好，善于交流。
2.熟悉京东自营操作流程。有较强的数据分析能力，能独立输出数据报表和分析报告，找出问题，并优化解决。
3.具有良好的逻辑思维能力和沟通执行力，掌握office办公软件，高效率完成工作，有责任心。
4.具备策划和组织能力，能够完成任务的统筹和结果反馈。
5.1年以上京东自营店铺运营经验，能独立运营整个店铺。（硬性规定）
6.有过3c类电商工作经验优先（其它类目也可以）
