职责描述：

1."Synchronize new order income book in SAP Spiridon and HQ SAP system.

确认新订单的准时进入及订单信息在系统间的同步传递。"

2."Communicate with customers base on the last call/ deadline process, confirm the demand delivery date and customerized system configuration. Maintain the required data into differnent manage systems, such as P41.

根据订单流程，与客户沟通并确认订单发货时间和系统配置。将发货日期维护进相应的系统例如SAP。"

3."Measurement of compliance with the delivery quantities and deadlines, in order to initiate proactive measures for optimizing delivery reliability in good time.

通过协调发货数量和期限是否符合订单要求，及时地采取积极措施提高发货可靠性。"

4."Measurement of the delivery dates and dispatching/invoicing for finished goods in time, in order to ensure timely dispatch and delivery reliability to the customer and a corresponding value flow. To ensure the relevant sales income can be booked in time.

及时检查成品的发货时间和调度/发票开具以确保对客户的准时调度和交付可靠性及相应的价值流，以确保相应的销售收益及时入账。"

5."Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and passing on all relevant information, in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.

1. Understanding on whole supply chain operation logic. / 了解并理解供应链整体运作理念

2." Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, word, powerpoint, project, etc.) and data analysis ability / 较强的办公软件应用能力和数据分析能力
