岗位职责:

Responsibilities: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)
? Designs, plans and initiates all aspects of contracted professional development activities for business clients, including needs assessments and employee job analysis, developing proposals and budgets, customized program delivery and evaluation.
? Conducts periodic staff performance reviews and evaluations; interviews applicants and makes hiring recommendations
? Determines eligibility for financial overrides or discounts; authorizes and completes overrides
? Ensures that revenue is received and deposited in accordance with hospital regulations
? Hires, manages, supervises, evaluates and schedules staff as needed
? Prepares financial reports and statements reflecting a variety of categorical revenue and expenditure activities

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in human resource development, business administration or a healthcare field.
? Work requires four years related business or administrative experience to become familiar with general personnel practices, accounting and budgeting principles and coordination of major office activities.
? A master's degree in a business related field may be substituted for two years’ experience.
