POSITION SUMMARY

To be responsible for the functional support Package Gas business to meet the business requirement to drive customer satisfaction by effective, efficient and safe scheduling service that optimizes supply chain costs and performance levels.

Principal Accountabilities:

• 充分利用SAP/ Quest and Moby，以最优化的路线来完成每日客户订单的送货行程安排。
• ply SAP/Quest/Moby tool to arrange trip planning and commit customer demanding with best route optimization.
• 在遵循***级别安全的前提下，及时、高效的捕捉并尽量满足客户的特殊需求，减少客户投诉; 遵守PG调度排车黄金法则的要求；
• llow the highest level of security premise, timely and efficient capture and meet the special needs of customers, reduce customer complaints; comply with the requirements of the golden rule of PG scheduling;
• 实时监控可用资源利用情况，包括车辆、司机以及库存，根据实际情况，灵活修改或重新安排行程来确保客户所 需货物能按时、按量送达;
• al-time monitoring of the use of available resources, including vehicles, drivers and inventory, and flexibility to modify or reschedule itineraries to ensure timely and up-to-date delivery of goods required by customers.
• 做好沟通衔接工作，包括自有车辆和司机、第三方物流车辆和司机、工厂运营团队、客服团队、销售团队和客户
• a good job of communication and cohesion, including own vehicles and drivers, third party logistics vehicles and drivers, factory operations team, customer service team, sales team and customers
• 满足并超越调度KPI指标：送货路线优化、车辆满载率、送货客户间距、司机工时、单公里/单瓶运费等;
• lfil and exceed dispatch KPI targets: delivery route optimization, vehicle full load rate, delivery customer spacing, driver's hours, single kilometer/single bottle freight, etc.
• 控制运输成本：每月初考核上月EQ/KM指标，及时发现导致配送效率降低原因并规划出改善措施;
• ntrol of transport costs: check the monthly EQ/KM at the beginning of each month, identify the causes of the reduction in delivery efficiency in a timely manner, and plan improvement measures;
• 检查订单并确保订单及时关闭，每天要对SAP/Quest and Moby中的数据及时进行clean desk工作;
• eck orders and ensure that they are closed in a timely manner and to clean desk data in SAP/Quest and Moby on daily basis;
• 积极参与公司的应急反应程序，并确保措施被高效、及时的落实到位，参与公司各部门间的各项改进项目并主动出谋划策;

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

This role post implements the weekend shift system, needs to adjust the working hours according to the factory delivery situation accordingly.
