岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the daily medical consumables purchasing.
2. Be responsible for the special consumables from doctor or clinical dept. (such as OR/OB/ER/PEDS)
3. Be responsible for the special requests from our patients.
4. Ensure all the purchasing followed centralized medical consumable purchasing system.
5. Medical consumables sourcing for new clinical dept. set up
6. Coordinate with the warehouse keeper to control the replenishment and follow up the monthly review.
7. Manage the vendor’s evaluation.
8. Compliance management under UFH policy
9. Work to focus on purchasing effort towards cost effective solutions.
10. E1 implementation
11. All the other work assigned by department head

任职资格:

Qualifications:

1. College or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical science, supply chain, purchasing or logistics, (or equivalent)
2. Over 3 years relevant working experience in medical consumables (medical Instruments, Single use consumables), prefer industry is hospital, medical, healthcare
3. Willing to work under pressure
4. Clinical oriented with team work
5. Proficient in Office software use
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin both verbally and in writing
7. Good communication and coordination skill,
8. Nursing or medical background preferred
