岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Director of E-Commerce is responsible to drive commercial revenue of UFH products & services across E-Commerce platforms. This role is a key function of the corporate sales team that will help grow sales through E-Commerce channels, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates:

? Devise and execute E-Commerce sales strategy in conjunction with facilities to drive growth.
? Provide training, support and leadership to all nationwide designated E-Commerce sales team members to ensure all revenue targets are met.
? Perform research and identify new potential E-Commerce sales channels.
? Taking overall ownership of P&L of the eCommerce platforms under his/ her scope.
? Appointment and management of relevant vendor partners
? Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
? Provide management with monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
? Establish productive and professional relationships with key internal stakeholders such as General Managers, heads of sales, marketing managers, medical department chairs.

任职资格:

Knowledge and Experience:

1. Strong E-Commerce experience and commercial understanding
2. At least 5 years’ experience in B2C and/or B2B E-Commerce sales channels
3. Knowledge of E-Commerce sales platforms coupled with the ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
4. Understanding of how social content and KOLs can drive online sales.
5. Understanding of how SEM and SEO can drive online sales.
6. Strong communication and team management skills
7. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
8. Growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
9. Availability to travel as needed
10. BSc degree in Information Technology preferred.
11. Mandarin Speaker (native) with good English language skills
