1.处理位于中国的渠道代理商的要求，与公司各部门以及瑞士总部联系，及时并准确处理邮件，系统数据录入等工作。

职位要求：

1.大学专科，可接受应届毕业生，1年客服行业经验优先考虑。

2.具有团队合作精神，独立，积极，细心，可接受多种工作任务。

3.良好的客户人际关系技巧及良好的沟通能力。

4.有外资企业从业经验者可优先考虑。

5.良好的英语读写能力

6.熟练应用Microsoft Office等办公软件

Inside sales

Responsibility:

1. Deal with the requirements of the channel agents located in China, contact with all departments of the company and the headquarters in Switzerland, timely and accurately deal with emails, system data entry and other work.

2. Work seriously and carefully

3. Other tasks that can be arranged are acceptable

Requirement:

1.U-grad, preferred 1’ experience in customer services field.

2.Team spirit , independent, self-motiveated, detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure,

3.Presentable, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

4.Previous working in international enterprise is preferred but not necessary,

5.Good command of written and spoken English,

6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint),
