Office located at Shekou/Nanshan , Metro line 2 --东角头


The Quality engineer Role to ensure the product and manufacture process designed and manufactured in accordance with Runsven quality requirements. This position will execute product quality assurance activities including but not limited to sample check/product develop/quality claim /manufacturing quality and process improvement

    


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    


1. Establish and maintain the product quality control and product requirement to comply with relevant

    

standard and regulations, initiate appropriate actions to ensure sustainable system compliance and

    

effectiveness.

    

2. Need to do the product sample check and project following up

    

3. Very good knowledge on the material (plastic/rubber/SUS/glass/wooden…) and production process and have ability to do risk analysis.

    

4. Work with souring team to develop the product and evaluate the product sample and prepare the

    

sample report in time.

    

5. Deal with production and material problems with supplier, problem cause analysis and provide

    

problem solution and improvement approach;
6 its multi-functional position, inspection job also needs carry on according the working plan.
7 Additional duties as assigned by team leader.

    

    

Job Qualifications – Education and Experience
1 Minimum of 10 years experiences in QA&QE relate job, good study ability is must.

    

2. Very good/wide product knowledge and structure for EU market, prefer with Europe store working experience & household appliance background.

    

3 Familiar with production process, industry working flow, Good understanding of manufacturing Quality processes (prefer with representative office/Chain store background/3rd part company /, EU market is preferred)

    

4 Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people both inside and outside the company.

    

5. Integrity, sense of urgency, collaborative team style, and ability to quickly adapt to changes in priorities with strong decision-making skills.

    

6. Written communication skills necessary for technical report writing, and strong follow-up skills.
7. Ability to exercise independent judgment and carry out responsibilities with a minimum of direction,

    

strong quality and time concept
8. With E&E and Christmas article product knowledge of EU standards, hardgoods experience is plus.

    

9. Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin
10. Proficient in Microsoft office software such as excel, word, PPT etc.
