Your mission and responsibilities:

1.Coordinate with customs broker and LG delivery team to ensure the on time general exportation declaration, to reach the company on time delivery target.

与报关行和发货组合作，确保及时出口货物，达到公司设定的准时发货率目标。

2.Coordinate with customs broker, forwarder, LG sourcing team to ensure the most cost & time efficency importation declaration.

与报关行，采购和货代合作，确保以最低成本和***效率完成进口报关任务。

3.Consult to R&D or other Depts on customs related issues.

与研发及其他部门合作，解决关务问题。

4.Handle special importation or exportation declaration, such as temporarily I/E for testing samples, duty free import for equipment etc., to ensure SSMR business run smoothly.

处理特殊进出口清关，例如测试样品的暂时进出口，免税设备进口等，以保证SSMR业务正常进行。

5.Import or export permit/license application with Government, to ensure no impact onto SSMR daily business.

向政府机关申请进出口许可证,以保证对SSMR日常业务运营无影响。

6.Handle spare parts I/E. to ensure good customer satisfaction.

操作备件进出口，以确保客户的满意度。

7.Maintain Importation & exportation documentation and archive timely. Check cost list and apply payment, to ensure related process go well.

进出口文件处理及备份保管，成本核实与付款申请,以确保相关流程准确运行。

8.Join projects or think about advanced tools/idea with the support of team leader, in order not to miss the chance which will bring more benefits for SSMR.

在主管支持下，参与项目或者积极思考一些先进的工具或者概念，以可能为公司带来更大更多的效益。

Your qualifications and experiences:

• Bachelor degree/本科学历毕业。
• At least 2 years work experience in importation/exportation or in related functional areas. The work experience at multi-national company will be the plus./从事进出口或相关工作领域至少2年以上，有跨国公司工作经验者优先
• English skills are necessary (oral/writing/listening)./具备良好的英语的听说读写能力。
• Understanding on importation and exportation declaration process./具备进出口报关流程知识。
• Understanding on customs laws/regulations and always up to dated for the relevant update./具备关务相关法律法规及其最新动向信息。
• Good experience at the relationship management/handling with customs, CIQ and other relevant government officers./与海关，商检和其他政府官员具有良好的合作关系。
• Strong sense of the compliance importance & implementation during daily work./具备很强的合规意识并严格贯彻到日常工作中。
• Good sense of responsibility. Cautious. Good communication skills, good team work spirit./具备责任心，严谨细致的工作态度，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。
• Be willing to take challenges and work under stress./在工作中愿意接受挑战，能在压力环境中工作。
