Define recruitment strategy to support fast company growth and business needs.
Develop and implement recruitment planning and deliverables aligned with business target and workforce planning.
Manage recruitment budget/cost and monitor expenditure and report accordingly.
Work with function heads / managements in identifying and conveying business needs to proper position design.
Lead the recruitment team to provide end-to-end recruitment process across various designated business geography.1. 1. 3年以上招聘经验，要做过经理岗或更高级别的招聘
2. 30岁以内，行业不限，英语至少要可以书面；
3. 聪明，自驱，有开放意识，学习能力好，沟通能力好；
