岗位职责：

 1、分析生产过程中产生大量不良品的原因，提出改善方案。 

 2、模具维修单的填写及修模内容确认，跟进模具维修进度和结果确认。

 3、分析生产过程中生产效率低和模具发生故障原因，提出改善对策。

 4、跟进生产过程中的注塑工艺条件的合理性，编写、审核、优化标准工艺参数。 

 5、跟进生产后加工情况，并对后加工量大，人手多的产品提出修模或检讨方案。

 6、整理编写技术资料，培训技术人员，不断学习行业知识。

 7、生产中的技术支援，减少模具维修。减少因注塑调机工艺造成的停机。 

 8、整理/编写有关技术的资料，对车间技术人员进行工作培训，提升技术水平。 

 9、注塑生产标准工时制定及更新；更新注塑作业方法，流程制定及作业标准化。 

 10、模具保养计划制定合理、保养按时完成。 

任职资格：

 1、熟悉注塑生产各流程及工艺技术

 2、了解模具设计基本常识和模具结构

 3、熟悉塑胶材料性能和运用    

 4.  能够调机解决问题  

 5. 基本的日常英文读写能力

The company’s headquarters is located in UK, and the plants are distributed all around the world.
