岗位职责：

1、负责淘宝店铺的日常运营管理，优化店铺与商品排名；

2、策划各类营销活动，推进并执行相关项目；

3、提高商品点击率和浏览量，完成店铺运营目标；

4、监控、统计、分析每日的营运数据，发现隐含内在问题，有针对性的提出解决办法；

5、负责同行竞争对手相关数据的分析、总结，制定出具有竞争力的运营方案；                                                

   任职资格：

1、学历大专以上，男女不限，有淘系电商运营工作经验2年以上；

2、熟悉淘宝网的操作和其各种营销工具的使用，并能制定相关的计划，能独立完成淘宝平台的商品管理流程；

3、较强的数据分析能力，良好的客户服务意识与敏锐的市场洞察能力 ；

4、具备直通车、钻展、超级推荐、淘宝客实操经验，能根据运营需求把握推广节奏；

4、良好的组织策划能力与团队合作意识，执行力强，性格阳光开朗，富有正能量；
