What are my responsibilities?

1. Responsible for drafting electronic product process, planning process route and layout/负责编制电子产品工艺, 策划工艺路线及工艺排布

2. Review the product PCB/component layout, structure evaluation, create process standards and parameters, enhance electrical performance/审核产品PCB/元器件布局图、结构工艺，工艺标准和参数的制定，电气性能的改善和提升

3. Participate in the manufacturability and testability review of RF components, design conversion, mass production verification/参与射频部件的可制造性和可测试性评审, 设计转换，量产验证跟踪

4. Design and improvement of tooling and fixtures, and participate in the actives of selection, introduction and acceptance to new technology equipment/ 工装治具的设计验证和改进，应用新技术的设备选型,导入和验收

5. Responsible for product failure analysis, implement and verify corrective and preventive measures/负责对产品的不良分析, 制定改善计划和纠正预防措施和验证

6. Change management to mass-produced products with product lifecycle/量产产品的生命周期内的变更管理

7. Analysis, optimization and promotion the capacity of production line, and continual optimize product cost/产线产能和产品成本的剖析，优化和提升

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Electronic circuit, microelectronics, communication engineering, automation or mechatronics related bachelor degree or above; experience in electronic manufacturing technology or process development is preferred/电子电路，微电子学，通信工程，自动化或机电一体化相关专业本科及以上学历； 有电子制造技术或工艺开发经验者优先

2. Good written and communication skills in English/具备良好的英语书面能力，熟练的口语交流能力

3. Good project planning, coordinated execution, communication and feedback skills/良好的项目策划, 协调执行, 和沟通反馈技能技巧

4. Excellent learning ability and work enthusiasm, adapt to different tasks and rapid mastery of new skills/优异的学习能力和工作激情，适应不同的任务角色转换和新技能的快速掌握
