Accountable for product testing activities in Technical Centre for assigned categories, to provide supports to Merchandising, Quality, Product Engineer and Product Development Team as it relates to product testing needs and to ensure communication for any testing related discussion.

Responsible for performing test and reporting test result for assignment in turnaround timeline and ensure following all test procedure requirement, documented as required. To maintain and secure laboratory archives including equipment maintenance, calibration update and samples management.

Demonstrate skills in testing area, self-motivation and ready to take responsibility.

Assist Associate Manager, Product Testing for the operation in the assigned areas.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible to prepare and execute product testing activities in the Testing Centre for assigned categories, report test results according to turnaround timeline.

· Ensure the tests followed the procedure and conducted according to the common agreed requirement by the internal (or external) customer, including specific test that is required for products.

· Ensure communication for any testing related discussion raised from the customer.

· Conduct maintenance process as required to make sure that test equipment is in good condition.

· Maintain the equipment calibration status is up to date.

· Ensure the sample management procedure is followed.

· Provide technical support to internal related team during product development, investigations, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

· Experience in soft goods test lab is required. Hard goods testing experience will be a plus.

· Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently.

· Good communication skills and work well with cross function teams.

· Good written skills in English, able to talk in English and Cantonese is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
