Job Description

External/外部:

1.Customer complaint management: quick response and effective communication with customer, coordinate with relative functions to investigate root cause and improve it, submit 8D report/客户投诉管理：对客户投诉的快速响应和有效沟通，协调内部相关部门调查根本原因并进行改善，提交8D;

2.PPAP submission: New projects or changed projects/提交PPAP：新项目或变更的项目;

Internal/内部

1.Production process quality/生产过程质量:

1) Problem solving of internal incidents, e.g. top 3 IDC issues, P2P feedback/内部异常的问题解决，如：IDC前3项不良，厂对厂异常反馈.

2) Ensure a quality firewall installed in production process/确保生产过程质量防火墙的建立;

2. Quality improvement/质量改进:

1) Rollout quality methods to improve ability of quality assurance, e.g. FMEA, SPC & MSA/应用质量工具改进质量保证能力，如：FMEA，SPC和MSA.

2) KPI reporting: 8D status, product audit result/ KPI汇报：8D状态，产品审核结果;

3. Product development quality/产品开发质量:

1) new project risk identification and quality gate review, sample quality insurance/新项目风险识别及质量门评审，保证样品质量;

2) 0-series production follow-up, PPAP internal release/0系列试生产跟进，PPAP内部放行;

3) ECR quality insurance/工程变更质量保证;

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree, Engineering background is preferred/本科学历,工科专业优先;
2. 3 years working experience in quality field/3年质量工作经验;
3. Working experience in automotive field is preferred/具备汽车行业工作经验优先;
4. Familiar with Problem solving method,？ 8D/熟悉问题解决方法，8D;
5. Know about Automotive industry quality core tools- FMEA，PPAP, SPC/了解汽车行业质量核心工具- FMEA, PPAP，SPC;
6. Good in oral and written English/良好的英语口语和书面表达能力;
