Job Description

The Senior QA Engineer will be based in Shenzhen Fuyong .

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

? Understands customer requirement, develops and initiates product quality control plan and product quality standard as per drawings, specifications, schematics, diagrams, written descriptions, PFMEA and international quality standards.

? Collects product quality data and continuously improves product quality. Consolidates and reports quality results.

? Analyzes Customer complaint, returned products, and corrective action verification and tracking.

? Conducts quality roving audit to ensure the product and process safety, quality and quality system availability.

? Confirms and tracks customer engineering change to ensure the ECN is implemented and closed properly.

? Verifies and qualify new line, equipment and working station.

? Accompanies customer audit and follows up for closure.

? Product safety (FM, UL, CCC, etc.) compliance internal audit, 3rd body factory audit preparation, accompanying, and follow up.

? Lead CFT team to implement Zero Defect Line with Lean and Six Sigma tools.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

? At least 5 years’ experience of SMT, Hand Load and Box Build manufacturing.

? Experience in High precision mechanical assembly, conformal coating and potting process will be preferred.

? Aggressive in quality improvement and team player.

? Fluent English speaking, good English reporting.

? Strong leadership and ownership.

? Good knowledge of Lean (3Gen/VSM/Takt Time/One Piece Flow/Andon Light/Jidoka/Defect Mapping/Fish Bone/5Why/Pokayoke) and Six Sigma (C&E/Process Mapping/SPC/FMEA/CP/GR&R/DOE).
