职位描述
岗位职责：
财务工作
1、审验原始凭证的合法性和准确性，完成资金收付款、日常报销等工作；
2、编制登记现金日记账和银行存款日记账；
3、发票的领购、开具、整理归档等票据管理工作
4、每月定期申报增值税、消费税等相关报税工作；
5、往来款对账和部分账务处理工作；
6、辅助财务主管完成内控流程及管理制度的构建，配合税局、银行等其他外部单位沟通及相关资料提供。
7、完成领导交待的其他工作。
行政工作
1、负责人事招聘、人事考核、员工入职及离职办理、日常考勤等人事相关管理工作；
2、日常办公用品采购及固定资产管理；
3、负责公司企业文化建设，员工活动的策划和实施；
4、负责办公室日常行政文员工作及领导交代的其他工作。
以上工作，财务工作为主，行政工作为辅。
任职资格：
1、大专学历以上，财会相关专业；
2、有财务人事行政工作经验，深户优先考虑；
3、实体商贸公司的经验3年以上，有电商行业财务经验优先考虑；
4、具备良好的沟通能力，亲和力佳；
5、熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件；
6、工作仔细认真、有责任心及上进心；
7、有团队合作精神，能承受压力，有开拓创新精神

Based in Shenzhen,it is our ultimate target to develop industry customers. Now it is an e-commerce company integrating multiple platforms and categories.
