Responsibilities

- Optimize and monitor inventory level, maintain incoming and outgoing records for materials/ products

- Leadtime management, plan and track suppliers delivery plan, ensure materials availability matches with production schedule

- Report and respond rapidly if any unforeseen event come up

- Arrange shipments as per sales plan and prepare related documents

- Coordinate with other departments

Requirement

- Bachelor degree in in supply chain management, business management

- 5+ related experience

- Proactive and flexible, a good team player

- Good communication skill, fluent in spoken and written English
