Karina is a fast growing company making beauty tool products, our products mainly selling to Western market. We’re doing both OEM and ODM business. Our goal is to be the #1 in the industry, we need strong individuals to join us . If you are young, energetic, hard working and self motivated, you are the one we wanted .

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Fully understand of trading terms and proces，Has experiences dealing beauty/cosmetics products will be an advantage .
2. Knowing customer's needs and identify selling opportunities , Able to develop products and primary packagings.
3. Actively seek new sales opportunities through tel call, networking, socail media and particiate trade shows.
4. Knowing US/Latin America/South America markets and able to develop new customers upon leader guidance or resources offered.
5. Understand how to use social media tools to promote products and enhance interactions with customers and increase company or products exposure rate.
6. Understand customer needs, take initiative to contact customers, communicate with them timely and effectively to get orders.
7. Has marketing knowledge and mindset, Able to collect/analyze market intelligence and present to customers.
8. Understand merchandising process, able to follow from A to Z upon your customers demands incl. but not limited: RFQ-Quotation-QA request-Audit request - order follow up –shipment- payment – claim.
9. Knowing the process of register fairs and attend trade shows both domestic and overseas.
10. Create trusted relationship with current and potential customers by providing professional insights and instrudrial expertise that able to address their problems and needs.
11. Measure performance by set goals/targets and procatively to aheive sales plan. Sufficient capability to manager business reports.

Requirements:

1. Good communication & computer skills
2. College degree or above, with 2 years international B2B trade business working experience .
3. Good level of written and oral English, (2nd language – Spanish or Portugal will be an advantage), With overseas study or working experience will be an advantage.
4. Clear logic, Organized, Be open, honest and positive, Dare to face challenges, self-motivated
