岗位职责：

  

1. 负责配合项目部进行展会项目的营销策划、市场推广、媒体合作，合作单位开发、观众邀约等市场计划的制定及执行；
2. 负责挖掘市场需求，配合项目开发新市场；
3. 负责观众数据的管理及运用，实现市场与销售联动；
4. 负责媒体投放的统筹、发布和实施；
5. 负责现场活动策划和组织及支持落地；
6. 负责市场预算，负责成本管控，以及配合销售一起完成销售指标和观众指标；
7. 协助项目团队进行展会内容的规划和策划、文案等；
8. 主持市场部工作，加强部门人才队伍建设，提高市场人员的专业化技能；
9. 协调部门内部和外部关系，完成领导交办的其他工作。

                                        

任职要求：

    

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、展览行业从业经验者优先；
2. 具有3年以上展会市场推广工作经验；
3. 具有优秀的沟通能力、团队协作能力和市场行情的洞察能力；学习能力强、善思考、具有很强的执行力、抗压能力；
4. 熟练使用Office办公软件，新媒体常用编辑软件等；英文听说读写流利优先考虑。
