跨境电商物流客服工作内容：

1、物流管理、电子商务、国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业

2、熟悉电商物流或快递业务

3、依据公司整体市场目标，完成上级下达任务；

4、负责協助开发客户、报价、合同谈判、合同签订，应收账款的核对催收；

5、了解并掌握客户需求，制定物流解决方案（了解空派专线小包，FBA的业务跟市场定位）；

4、建立与其他部门及时有效的沟通机制。

5、有良好的英语读写能力，英语四级到六级。

任职要求：

1、大专或以上学历，有1-3年物流/货代同行业及跨境电商物流客服经验。

2、与海外同事的沟通联，跟踪货特、知晓清关、交税、派送等事宜；

3、 英语听、说、读、写能力良好，能简单口语交流。 电脑操作熟练，熟悉Excel等办公软件操作

4、熟悉物流行业背景（跨境电商出口以及各平台运营规则，例如Amazon, Ebay, Wish, Aliexpress）；

6、建立客户档案，与客户保持良好的沟通，把握客户的需求，积极主动为客户提供满意的电商物流服务

7、要求做事细心谨慎，具有一定的海关编码归类的能力。
