岗位职责：

1、协助HRBP收集开展岗位信息收集、周期性人才盘点及数据分析等工作；定期收集分析招聘数据；

2、了解、掌握员工的最新动态，关注并及时向HRBP反馈各部门的人力资源诉求，协助HRBP及时解决各部门的合理诉求；

3、督促、完善员工劳动关系的建立、档案信息的完善；负责五险一金的常规操作与数据统计分析；

4、协助HRBP收集、分析各项员工活动的基础数据；

5、收集、挖掘员工培训需求相关资讯，统计汇总培训实施的各项数据、资讯，协助HRBP推动各项培训工作的落实；

6、定期统计分析绩效数据，输出绩效报告，协助HRBP实施绩效面谈、绩效体优化整等工作；

7、定期统计分析薪资、人力成本支出数据，输出相关报告；

8、收集各部门不同岗位上下游工作衔接信息，及时发现各部门工作对接过程中的问题，并及时向HRBP反馈；

9、关注各项制度推行使用的效果，及时收集、整合、反馈相关信息；

任职要求：

1、1-3年人力资源相关工作经验，一年及以上人力全盘经验；

2、统招本科及以上学历，工商管理、人力资源管理专业优先；

3、优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，协调能力、亲和力和明锐的洞察能力和分析判断力；

4、具备自我驱动型学习成长能力，较强的抗压能力；

5、熟练操作office办公软件，具备良好的数据分析、整合能力；

6、以结果为导向，具备较强的执行力，团队锲合度及强烈的企业文化认同感。

6、工作时间（全体办公室员工），09:00~12:00 13:30~18:00或09:30~12:00 13:30~18:30，每月***个周六需上班，之后每个周末均为双休
