RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Responsible for the design and development of electronic cigarettes and peripheral products.

?Conduct feasibility review on ID, process, function, production, cost, etc.;

?Complete 3D drawing design, produce 2D drawings for production and quality control, and produce BOM data;

?Complete relevant work such as proofing, sample analysis, optimization and improvement.

?Mold opening, follow-up and handling of abnormal problems.

?Arrange trial production, improvement, confirm samples, and issue acknowledgment.

?Independently promote related work from design to mass production.

REQUIREMENT(S):

· More than 2 years of experience in electronic cigarette design, can independently complete the design of the small cigarette structure, and understand the CBD atomizer is preferred.

· Familiar with software such as Pro/E and AutoCAD, with surface modelling ability, able to look at drawings and build boards, and watch sketch modelling.

· Have the ability to optimize design, understand top-down design, and be able to quickly adjust product appearance and structure.

· Understand plastic, silicone and hardware molds, familiar with common material characteristics and post-processing techniques, and understand tolerances.

· Familiar with e-cigarette development process, project management experience is preferred.

· Native Chinese with basic English writing, reading and speaking skills.

· Work efficiently, have a sense of responsibility and self-discipline.

工作职责：

1、 负责电子烟及周边产品的设计及开发工作；

2、 对ID、工艺、功能、生产、成本等进行可行性评审；

3、 完成3D图设计，出生产和品控用2D图，出BOM资料；

4、 完成打样、样品分析及优化改善等相关工作；

5、 开模、跟进及异常问题处理；

6、 安排试产、改进，确认样品，签发承认书；

7、 自主推进从设计到量产的相关工作。

任职要求：

1、 有2年以上电子烟设计经验，能独立完成小烟结构设计，懂CBD雾化器的优先考虑；

2、 熟练使用Pro/E 、AutoCAD等软件，有曲面建模能力，能看图起板、看草图建模；

3、 有优化设计能力，懂自顶向下设计，能快速调整产品外观和结构；

4、 懂塑胶、硅胶及五金模具，熟悉常用物料特性及后处理工艺，懂公差；

5、 熟悉电子烟开发流程，有项目管理经验的优先考虑；

6、 工作高效，有责任心，有自律性。
