职位类别：电气组组长
工作职责：
1、根据客户项目及产品要求，开发单片机软件程序及相关电路；
2、在硬件电路板上测试验证软件是否达到项目要求；
3、对客户反馈的产品异常或品质投诉，做相应的验证和失效分析，提供改善和解决方案；
4、负责电气组的管理工作和软件开发技术规范及标准流程的改进。
任职要求：
1、电子相关专业优先，熟悉研发工作流程和项目管控及扎实的技术经验背景；
2、从事单片机软件开发，熟练运用单片机和C语言，根据客户项目及产品要求能够独立完成产品的软件研发设计工作；
3、有较好的硬件相关基础知识(数字电路、模拟电路、信号处理、嵌入式系统等)，熟悉pads/Preotel/OR CAD等软件；
4、有带研发团队5年以上经验；
5、具家电类操控系统研发或智能家电系统开发和应用经验；
6、有较强的学习能力，能够跟随公司同步成长和提高； 7、能遵纪守法服从安排，有团队合作精神。
