Responsibilities职责：

    

1. Full process operation货代操作一条龙服务
2. Contact the shipper for booking space after receiving the order from the overseas office or agent在收到海外办事处 / 海外代理 发送的订单后,联系托运人进行订舱
3. Send manifest to overseas office or agent向海外办事处 / 海外代理发送舱单
4. Book space with shipping company/airline/counterpart, and send shipping/departure time to custome ror agent与船公司/航空公司/同行订舱，并发送装船/起飞时间给客户/海外代理
5. Release SO to the customer on time及时放SO给客户
6. Respond to inquiries and questions from customers/agents回复客户/代理的询价及问题
7. Handle customer complaints处理客户的投诉
8. Support to the team as needed在需要时为团队提供支持
9. Other tasks assigned by superiors上级指派的其他任务

                                                

Requirements要求 :

1. More than one year of forwarder operation experience一年以上的货代操作经验
2. College degree or above大专以上学历
3. Good command of written English良好的英文书写能力
4. Take initiative and have strong ownership of tasks积极主动，对工作有强烈的ownership
5. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit有良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神
6. Willing to learn愿意学习
7. Good PC skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word,Excel and PowerPoint良好的PC技能,包括但不限于Microsoft Word,Excel和PowerPoint
