岗位职责
1、协助上级制定和调整人力资源总体规划与年度实施计划；
2、协助上级修订公司相关人力资源管理制度；
3、规划、指导、监督和执行富伦和美伦（东莞工厂）员工的招聘、薪酬福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等工作；
4、负责建立规范化管理制度、人员档案的建立、健全与完善；
5、监督、指导、执行人力资源管理各模块工作的开展；

6、负责领导安排的其他事宜。

任职资格
1、人力资源相关专业本科毕业，从事人力资源三年以上；
2、熟悉员工入职、离职、社会保险、公积金实际操作；
3、熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策；
4、具备较好的表达、沟通、组织、协调能力和时间管理能力及亲和力；
5、熟练操作计算机，熟练使用各种办公软件，具备良好的学习能力；

6、英语能作为工作语言，口语沟通流畅，能跟外籍领导进行基本沟通。

with complimentary retail packaging, CR-packaging, point of sale products and other brand building services to make them stand out in crowded marketplaces.

to the largest brand owners in North America. We lead the category to the largest brand owners in North America.

We operate everywhere
targeting North American MSOs and top brands in legal markets that are well capitalized, committed to scaling their business, and using professional operators.

Work Location: Shenzhen and Dongguan
