Job Responsibilities :

• Provide Shipping Instruction to Factory
• Handle full set document to Customer and Forwarder 
• Updating System for order tracking and internal reference

 

Job Requirements:

• College or above qualifications, min 2-3 years trading / shipping experience gained in major buying offices / agents.
• Experienced in handle full set L/C & I/E document
• Experienced in Worldwide Shipment & exposure with Direct Import Orders preferred.
• Experienced in handling Customer like WalMart, Kmart, Costco, Carrefour, Target…… preferred.
• Energetic, self-motivated, independent, a problem solver and good team player
• Willing to work overtime if necessary
• Proficient in both written & spoken English with good communication skills. Hands on experience in word, excel and e-mail.
