职位描述：

1、根据公司发展战略规划，负责公司质量管理体系的建设、维护与推行管理，建立完善的质量管理体系；

2、对品质风险进行预防，定期抽检研发、测试、中试，各环节的产品质量，并及时提出改善措施；

3、供应商日常质量问题的汇总、分析、改进措施制定及跟进；

4、负责对供应商的来料检验，制程检验，成品检验的品质管控工作

5、负责发现协调解决检验过程中存在的品质异常问题；推动品质整改活动

6、针对公司产品质量，与供应商，公司各部门和美国团队的沟通，协调

岗位要求：

1.在电子产品行业至少6-8年以上的工作经历，电子类专业和熟悉手机周边产品优先

2. 有电子基础，能看懂基本电路原理图，对常用的电子元器件能够测试、分析、判断

3. 思维敏捷，果断，逻辑性强，知识面广泛，优良的管理技巧，能支撑高强度的工作压力

4. 良好的沟通，协调组织以及团队管理能力

5. 能熟练使用电脑和好的报告展示能力

6. 英文读说些流利
