1.建立完整的进货渠道，根据材料超市的具体情况和公司质量要求，对每种材料简历1-2个供货点，以求供货平衡；

2.建立材料供货合同台账，严格履行合同，遵守合同法，明确供货时间、地点、价格、数量、质量要求、赔偿和发生纠纷的处理方法；

3.建立清购台账，根据项目工程部提供的材料清单，分门别类逐项登记；

4.及时收集市场材料价格信息以及新材料和环保材料信息，并随时与供应商协商调整材料供应价格；

5.货比三家，在保证质量的前提下真正做到价廉物美；

6.各种材料在使用过程中，发现质量问题，采购员必须跟供货厂商交涉，协商赔偿事宜；

7.完成领导安排的其他工作；
