职位描述
1、开工前全面了解项目总体情况，熟悉施工图及公司与业主的合同条款等；
2、做好开工准备，开工前确认相关手续齐备情况、工程的重难点及应对策略、采购发包计划及项目成本计划等；
3、负责整个项目成本管理、进度管理、质量管理和安全管理；
4、负责项目各节点验收，做好相应的通知及记录，确保工程质量和进度符合合同要求；
5、做好与业主、管理公司、设计院、消防局、分包厂商等的沟通工作；
6、在项目过程中培训项目副理、助理，做好人才传帮带工作；
7、其他交办任务。
任职要求：
1、建筑、工程、室内设计等相关专业，本科以上学历；
2、5年以上建筑、装饰工程行业经历，其中办公室或奢侈品牌专卖店或外资银行等空间装修经验；
3、持有一级建造师资格证；
4、英文良好，沟通能力强、执行力强。
