l Mainly responsible for product marketing in GC.

l Promoted MOSFET, Gate drive, converter IC in SMPS/LED Lighting

l Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, to win more support from it.

l Complete supplier report required, such as MBR, QBR, Market proposal, market survey etc.

l Interally, define marketing strategy based on product features, market status, company resource.

l Routine product management, including Forecast, POP, POS, GP, Backlog etc.

l Define demand creation plan and achievement, and track the promotion result, including DIN, DW, BW status and progress.

l Coordinate the logistic issue, such as S&D, reschedule/cancel/push out, stock return etc.
