职位描述

Title: HR Specialist of operation

Job description:

1. Handle the entry and exit process of employees, including the preparation of entry materials, online employment and retirement, the addition and subtraction of social security accumulation fund, etc.;

2. Understand the company's business and recruitment needs, and support the recruitment department's work, such as post release, resume search and screening, cold call, interview arrangement, background investigation, etc.;

3. Provide other support for employees’ relationship, such as visa application, residence permit application, overseas returnees settlement, etc.;

4. Maintain personnel files and renew labor contracts for employees;

5. Deal with other HR related issues.

 

Job requirements: (need to have the ability to work independently and with excellent or good English level)

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or business administration is preferred;

2. At least half a year HR staff relationship experience or recruitment experience, excellent fresh graduates can be considered;

3. Have a strong sense of responsibility, work actively and have the ability of fast learning;

4. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, at least CET6;

5. Good at work in office software, such as word, Excel, PPT.

Office location: Beijing (not only for Beijing Hukou, but for anyone who wants to work in Beijing)

职位描述:

1.办理员工入离职流程,包括入职材料的准备,网上用退工,社保公积金加减保等事宜;

2.了解公司业务和招聘需求,支持招聘部门的工作,如职位发布,简历搜索,简历筛选,cold call,面试安排,背景调查等;

3.提供员工关系的其他支持工作,如签证申请,居住证申请,海归落户等;

4.维护人事档案,为员工续签劳动合同;

5.处理HR部门的相关事宜。


岗位要求:(需要具备高效的独立工作的能力以及优秀或良好的英语水平)

1本科或以上学历,人力资源或工商管理专业优先考虑;

2.至少半年以上HR员工关系经验或招聘经验,可考虑优秀的应届毕业生;

3.有强烈的责任感,工作积极主动,拥有快速学习能力;

4.流利的英语听说读写能力,至少CET6;

5.熟练使用办公软件,如Word, Excel, PPT。


办公地点:北京(并不只针对北京户口,所有愿意在北京工作的人皆可)
