1. Liaise with supplier & STS end user to receive supporting documents (Invoice & Packing list) for Equipments & Spare parts import into STS

  

2. Validate supporting documents from suppliers/requestors and compile required documentation/data for import/export license application.

  

3. Liaise with supplier & STS end user to prepare required documentation to support HS code & 3C waiver certificates application for those Spare parts are under 3C area

  

4. Monitor daily Spare parts inventory report and update the status into dedicated database and share all shipment information (including shipping documents) to internal declaration team.

  

5. Timely update license status for each shipment into dedicated database and share with STS related stakeholder for shipment arrangement.

  

6. To archive all supporting documents according to Customs’ requirement

1. Familiar with China Customs & CIQ regulations and policies

  

2. Good command of written & spoken english                                                                                                        

3. Good command on Microsoft Office: Windows, Powerpoint, Excel & Word

  

4. Experience of Duty-free license application is preferred.                                                                    

5. Experience of working in an international manufacturing company is prefered                                                            

6. Experience of working in Bonded Zone is prefered                                                                                                 

7. High Sense of urgency and responsibility
