Admissions

1. Ensure school student enrolment is conducted strictly in accordance with the School recruitment policies and standards.
2. At least 3 years working experience in bilingual / private school
3. Be directly responsible for the entire admissions process end-to-end including but not limited to:

• Promote the school and enrol students through different channels
• Coordinate school tours/visits.
• Liaise with parents on admission enquiries and school placement status.
• Facilitate parent meeting with Principal -ensures an enquiry proforma is completed.
• Coordinate student application and placement testing for prospective students.
• Field all enquiries that are made to the Admission's office.

4. Maintain a complete and accurate record of parent/student details and a funnel of all prospective new student intake in the computerized school management system.

5.To work closely with the Marketing and Communications Team:

• Ensure that their activities are aligned and in support of each other to achieve the School’s roll target.
• Ensure that appropriate documentation and information on all aspects of the school are current and readily available.
• Ensure that outcome of school visits and observed current market trends are shared and used to formulate and fine tune our marketing and admission activities.

Event planning and management

1. To assist and implement both internal and external admission events
2. To assist and implement the school events and provide onsite facilitation

1. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
2. Travel is required upon request

Harrow Shenzhen is a collaborative project between Authority of Qianhai and Harrow International Management Services, with Harrow International School Shenzhen to be opened in 2020 and the bilingual Harrow Innovation Leadership Academy to be opened in 2021.

Located in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone, Harrow International School Shenzhen covers an area of ??40,000 square metres and has a total construction area of ??approximately 139,000 square metres. The school has obvious transportation advantages, located in the main urban roads adjacent to Metro Line 5. The campus will be built to cater a maximum capacity of 1,000 students with facilities that cater to the needs of a K-12 full-time school with boarding.

The campus design integrates Harrow’s values with Qianhai’s spirit. The school adopts the concept of “land sharing”, with a lawn area where the main sports grounds and outdoor activity spaces are located, energising the whole campus with a vibrant atmosphere. The British lawn landscape is an inspiration from "Harrow on the Hill". The campus is tailored towards an all-rounded education with sports and leisure areas, library and reading spaces, restaurants and lecture halls that allows students to flow easily between different learning and activities areas, enabling them to learn, communicate and play freely.
