ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Setup sputter tool

2 Evaluate sputter tool hardware, transport and alignment status

3 Evaluate sputter process status _ all parameters

4 Evaluate all monitoring data (online/offline)

5 Support manufacture

6 Troubleshooting for all sputter process problem

7 Provide ideas to improve quality, OEE and reduce cost --- for Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

1 Science bachelor degree， For Engineer, require National Key Universities or Master degree

2 Excellent knowledge of science student

3 Fresh graduate or Experience in manufacturing-related environment would be an added advantage though not mandatory

4 Strong communication skills

5 Hardworking

6 Good in preparing plan

7 Ability to document requirements and specifications
