岗位要求:

1、制作海运单证及其它相关文件，负责应收应付费用；

2、负责提供海外代理相关文件及放货事宜；

3、单证及文件的整理及归档等；

4、客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作。

5、具有两到三年以上指定货物海运文件或操作实际经验。

6、熟悉物流/货代行业及具体运作模式。

7、能够按指令完成与客户联系，订舱、拖车、报关等相关事宜。

8、大专以上学历，良好的英语读写能力。（英语四级或以上）

9、个性成熟稳定，良好的沟通能力及技巧。

10、有亲和力、性格乐观积极向上、有责任心、有主人翁意识。

11、工作细心、认真负责，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神。

12、性格温和、开朗，能与国内客户，国外代理,船东，同行等建立良好合作关系。

Job Duty:

1. Main responsibilities

- Prepare shipping document,be responsible for receivables and payables and invoice issue;

- Responsible for providing overseas agency related documents and cargo releasing issue;

- Sorting and filing documents;

- Handling customer complaints and disputes and other related tasks assigned by supervisors.

- Check all necessary booking information fm shippers, book with carrier/co-loader and release S/O to shipper.

- Communicate with overseas and customer to make the most updated information.

- Connect with carrier or co-loader for booking and closely monitor the operation process

- Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations.

- Send local charges quotation to relative parties

- Handle daily customer or overseas shipment inquiry.

2. Requirement

- College graduate & CET-4 or above level.

- At least 2-3 years ocean operation experience in iternational freight forwarding industry

- Mandarin and English language proficiency

- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
