职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 按照技术规范，编写测试用例等
2、 执行和记录产品功能测试
3、 合理计划和安排测试工作、执行有效
4、 充分理解客户需求，掌握测试技术，把好测试用例设计
5、 坚持测试理论、工具和管理方法的学习和运用
7、按时完成软件测试工作任务
8、编写测试文档、测试报告、提交测试结果
9、工作积极、主动、协作精神、团队意识、强力责任心和服从意识
专业技能：
1、掌握测试方法，熟悉软件测试流程，具备跨部门协调能力，跨部门、跨团队的合作意识和积极主动的沟通意识
2、计算机相关专业，2年以上专职岗位功能测试工作经验，统招专科以上学历。 有财务系统，商城系统，物流系统，互联网系统，ERP工作经验优先。
3、根据项目需要及工作任务安排，协助开发人员完成软件/硬件功能测试，输出测试报告，保证产品软件功能质量合理控制。
4、掌握用户需求，参与测试设计及测试执行各环节的工作。
5、具备良好的沟通和表达能力、学习和接受知识的能力、建立、维护软件测试流程和测试相关文档模版
