岗位职责：

1. 围绕公司品牌、项目等进行宣传推广的内容创意、策划、撰写和发布，如新闻稿件、活动文案、推广文案等；
2. 负责微信公众号和自媒体平台矩阵的日常运营与更新，包括公众号、微博、抖音的日常内容编辑、发布和维护管理，百家号、头条号、企鹅号、搜狐号等平台更新，与粉丝互动，微信群管理；
3. 负责抖音短视频的内容策划、平台推广运营，制定新渠道发展计划；
4. 关注行业热点，输出高质量转化型文案及标题；
5. 配合领导及部门完成其他相关市场工作。

                        

  任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，中文、新媒体等专业，对酒行业有一定了解者可加分；
2. 熟练操作word、Excel办公软件，熟悉自媒体等互联网平台玩法，擅长关注热点造势；
3. 有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，文字功底扎实，能独立完成文案输出；
4. 脑洞大，思维活跃，性格活泼，勇于提出想法和问题；
5. 执行力强，有团队精神
