e responsible for Technical Customer Support tasks

R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s

1.'Customer claim handling'

- Drive a resolution together with BU QM and other related functions for the claims happened in APAC region, if needed by using 8D method.

- Provide professional feedback on outcome of investigation to internal and external customers.

- Conduct customer site visits as needed.

- Ensure that all claims handled are appropriately reported within CQM so they become part of the feedback to the BU QM's. Escalate severe or critical failures according to process.

2.Central returns handling

Work out appropriate working instruations for products under responsibility, train and coach the inspector, and supervise and monitor the inspections and verify the outcomes.

3.'Technical expertise support

- Provide technical training / consultancy to BG CQM/Sales.

- QMiP role in Q-gate process regarding the customer feedback, technical input if in need.

- Evaluate the special warranties to be issued together with PM, BU QM, R&D, controlling and GC.

C o m p e t e n c i e s

1.Have 3 years working experience in lighting/Power supply business, LED product is highly prefered；

2.Prefer 3 years in R&D / quality control area;

3.Quality Tools and Methods,such as 8D, Risk Management / FMEA, etc.

4.Product knowledge

Knowledge of products manufacturing, testings and quality control, knowledge of product design is prefered.

5.Communication Skills:

Ability to both obtain and pass on information and to express oneself clearly.  

Ability to understand the verbal and nonverbal signals of others and react appropriately.

6.Can work in international teams, fluent oral and written English
