Highlight the main responsibilities
- Check employees’ expense claim to comply with company policy of expense claim and travel policy. Ensure the expense claim and cash advance to reimbursed on time.
- Coordinate with SSC for AP invoice posting on time, price variance analyse and following, supplier payment management
- work with SSC make sure AR invoice for GI on time, AR payment following and overdue management
- Register the RD contract, follow the corresponding regulation for appropriate tax preference or tax declaration and arrange the payment for RD service and expatriates’ personal cost.
- Responsible for bank draft collection and discount, issue bank draft to suppliers.
- Bank seal change, support SSC for contract issue with the bank.
- Act the tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time
- Handle department PA issue
- Other task assigned

职位要求：

-  Financial related major;

- 1-3 years financial work experience;

-  Proficient in English reading and writing, fluent in oral English is preferred;
