岗位职责：

1、负责设备调试；

2、负责注塑工艺技术的改进与编制并执行;

3、对新产品试模并确定注塑工艺参数，识别产品和模具缺陷并使之完善;

4、对生产过程中出现的不良产品的工艺进行分析，并提供解决与改善方案;

5、注塑机、模具及其它设备维护计划的制定与日常维护的实施，确保设备与工艺的安全、产品的质量。

任职要求：

1、塑料模具或注塑专业，中专以上学历，1年以上注塑经验；

2、了解注塑模具和注塑机的结构与性能；

3、能熟练地进行不同品牌型号注塑机的调试；

4、能快速解决生产中出现的质量问题；

5、了解塑料材料性能，对注塑工艺技术、模具结构设计、塑料特性及应用有深厚的理论基础。
