Job Duties:

• Familiar with China logistics market and operation.
• Handling Shipment in Bonded Warehouse.
• Communicate daily with bonded warehouse about queries related to inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate container loading and volume calculations with the warehouse.
• Visit Bonded Warehouse to check good condition regularly.
•  Cross check bonded warehouse billing to make sure in correct.
• Booking daily outbound shipments with selected service provider and transport companies.
• Liaise with factories, forwarders, and internal parties for handling export shipment from China to Asia. 
• Handle full set of shipping document, including prepare customs invoice, packing list, cross check HBL and release confirmation to forwarder.
• Manage data of shipment information in company system in relation to the shipping schedule.

 

Requirements: 

• University degree in any discipline, logistics management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics (China and international).
• Strong communication skills with high proficiency in English and Mandarin,CET-6 preferred.
• Well versed in IT skills like Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Microsoft Project .
• Good business acumen and detailed oriented.
• Multi-tasking skills to prioritize projects and workload.

• Ability to communicate confidently in a multi-national and multi-cultural office.
