Title: Area Sales Manager (M/F)
Reports to: Export Director
Location: Guangzhou or Shenzhen (with +60% business trip)

COMPANY PRESENTATION:
A French company in the Wine and Spirits industry, producing and offering a wide range of
wines with outstanding quality and authentical aromas. Located in the South of France, the company has
enhanced its winemaking skills for years and is able to provide a rich diversity of products, from middlerange
organic to top-end traditional wines.We are looking for an Area Sales Manager in China, to represent their brand of wines in Asia and develop the company's sales!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop existing business with current importers.
? Benchmark; identify and develop new business opportunities for the company and its turnover, in China and Southeast-Asia.
? Anticipate market's needs and make recommendations to Headquarters' team.
? Represent the brand, the company, and its values/policies by participating in relevant events. (e.g Wine-related events; company's promotional campaigns)
? Build strong relationship with new customers; Maintain relationship with the current network of local's partners (Importers, Wholesalers, Buyers)
? Identify, Establish and ensure the implementation of new international sales strategies in China and Southeast-Asia – reports to Export Director.
? Train local importers and sales representatives.(About products, company policies, values, sales strategies)
? Frequent reporting to Headquarter team, based in France.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
? Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business.
? At least 3 years' experience in Wine & Spirits industry, with similar responsibilities.
? Experience in international/multicultural working environment is preferred.
? Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese (Written and Speaking), Fluency in French is a big plus.
? Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. (speaking and writing)
Excellent negotiation skills, business-oriented and results-oriented mindset.
? Good sensitivity for products' branding/marketing.
? Dynamic, proactive personality.
? Autonomous and flexible, you are willing to travel a lot.

主要职责:
?与当前进口商发展现有业务。
?在东南亚地区发展新的业务机会。
?预测市场需求并向总部团队提出建议。
?通过参加相关活动来展示公司品牌及其价值观和公司相关的政策。(例如与葡萄酒相关的活动;公司的促销活动等)
?与新客户建立牢固的关系;与当地现有合作伙伴(进口商、批发商、买家)保持联系。
?确定、制定并确保在中国和东南亚地区实施新的国际销售战略并向出口总监汇报。
?培训当地进口商和销售代表(关于产品、公司政策、价值观、销售策略的培训)。
?经常向驻法国的总部汇报工作。
要求:
?学历:本科或以上学历,专业与商务有关。
?至少3年葡萄酒和烈酒行业的工作经验或具备类似的工作经验。
?有国际/多元文化工作环境经验者优先。
?语言:英语和汉语(书面和口语)流利,法语流利者优先。
?优秀的人际交往和沟通能力。(口语和写作)
?优秀的谈判技巧,以业务为导向,以结果为导向。
?对产品品牌/营销有良好的敏感性。
?积极主动的个性。
?自主灵活,能接受经常出差。
