Job Description: Regulatory and Compliance Specialist

Work Located: Shekou / Metro 2line -Dongjiaotou station

The Regulatory and Compliance Specialist is ensuring the product complies with EU market regulatory and legal requirements. This position will execute product quality assurance activities including but not limited to product document management /product test/product develop supporting /testing improvement.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


1. Work with RC supervisor to manage the product regulatory and legal compliance in Asia offices

2. Manage the product document (certificate/test report/legal document) and upload the document into PLM system.

3, Ensure that the test documentation is correct, that all investigations are carried out on time, in good cooperation with specialist functions, in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines, and that the results are communicated and documented correctly

4. Support RC supervisor on work with 3rd part company and follow up the testing issue. Such as safety test (LVD/EMC/MD…test) and chemical test (REACH /RoHS /POPs /Phthalate...) and other legal request testing (ErP/FCM/Timber…).

5. Conduct risk analysis from regulatory point of view.

6. Support RC supervisor on work with souring team to develop the product and recommend sourcing team on the material which suits our product and easy to pass the testing.


Required Qualifications - Education and Experience:
1 Minimum of 3 years experiences in product regulatory compliance relate job (must with EU regulatory

experience), good study ability is must.

2 Familiar with production process, industry working flow, Good understanding of manufacturing Quality

processes (prefer with representative office/Chain store background/3rd part company /, EU market is preferred)

3 Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with diverse

groups of people both inside and outside the company.
4. Integrity, sense of urgency, collaborative team style, and ability to quickly adapt to changes in

priorities with strong decision-making skills.

5.You have very good ability to initiate, prioritize, structure and complete work according to deadlines

6, Desirable that you can read, understand and make decisions based on a test result in a test report

7, Not being afraid to make uncomfortable decisions, Ability to take responsibility

8. Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin, English can be as working language

9. Proficient in Microsoft office software such as excel, word, PPT etc.
