I- Key Duties & Responsibilities 主要职责描述：

Account Payable Role

Perform 3-way matching (Invoice, delivery note, purchase order)

Enter and maintain vendor invoices data into JDE system

Prepare payment voucher.

Handle expense claim form (advance payment, freight)

Manage Non-CNY cash flow

Follow up and solve vendor payment and invoice enquiry. 

Assist external and internal audit relates to Account Payable 

Reporting Role ( Prepare monthly schedule)

Advance to suppliers

Open PO aging report

AP and Accrual Purchase aging report

ARMS – schedule uploading

Other assignments:

AP payment forecast

Scrap sales inspection review

II- Qualifications & Compentencies 任职资格及能力要求：

Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting.

Above 2 years accounting working experience 

Good time management, on time delivery work done

Independence to handle assignment.

Detail attitude, result with higher accuracy.

National computer rank examination certificate grade: 6

Familiar Office software (e.g. Excel, word, PPT)

Knowledge of ERP system and Accounting software

Good writing, reading, speaking in English 

Cooperative

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure
