岗位职责

1. 负责电话接听与转接，做好信息记录、反馈；更新通讯录和座位表  

2. 负责来访人员及客户的登记与接待工作；

3. 负责国内/外信件的寄送,签收、登记、发放，并整理对账,相关快递单据封存；

4. 负责名片印刷,文具及办公用品的采购、发放、固定资产及低值易耗品盘点；

5. 维护前台、公共区域的环境卫生，做好公共设备的日常管理及维护；

6. 协助文件同事外出取提单、发票；

7. 负责人员招聘，办理员工入职离职手续；

8. 协助部门主管开展各项工作

                  

岗位要求

  

1. 中专以上学历，有前台,行政人事相关工作者优先

2. 工作认真细致，责任心强，具有良好的服务意识和团队合作精神；

3. 具有亲和力，性格开朗，勤奋好学，良好的沟通和协调能力
