JOB DESCRIPTION
- In charge of preparation, computation and validation of forecast plan to suppliers following CCRP production plan
- Control material acquisition, ensure material supply continuity to support production.
- Monitor, track, and report the suppliers' supply chain performance. Assist in identifying root causes to performance issues and help drive corrective actions.
- Laise with suppliers, production planning, industrial engineering, central engineering, warehouse, QA, operation for daily activities & continuous improvement activities
- Play active role in supplier performance measurement
- Analyze material inventory structure, re-activate slow and non mover stock or dispose
dead stock
- Work with all departments to resolve any material related issues such as quality issue/cost saving/conversion/ramp up.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 2 years experience in semiconductor or other relevant fields is a must.
- Professional knowledge in Supply Chain operation and management is a preference, such as inventory control, Logistics import & export.
- The job holder must be good at problem solving and making quick & effective decisions.
- The job holder can work calmly under constant pressure to follow a project from beginning to end, to make sure the schedule is followed.
- Good written and spoken English & communication skill, be able to build good relationship with colleagues at all
- Highly skilled in use of Excel,basic working knowledge of Powerpoint / Word / Access
- Good ability to study and develop the skills on office software and management systems, such as SAP, I2, etc.

The foundation of the company is to contribute in the semiconductor assembly and testing project in Bao’long industrial area in Shenzhen Longgang. The project will be implemented in several phases. The first phase has been brought into operation already and the total investment is nearly 190 million US dollars so far. We forecast the total headcount will be over 7000 person in 5 years and the total investment will reach 500 million US dollars with capacity of over 7 billion units per year when the project is complete.
