岗位职责：

商业分析

分析业务需求并在完成时间表上推荐技术解决方案。

信息安全

确保数据，网络访问和备份系统的安全性。

确保定期修补平台和最终用户设备。

设备固件，操作系统和应用程序的漏洞管理和修补。

通过实施和管理适当的控件，保护系统，设备和网络免受恶意软件和漏洞的攻击。

IT运营

确保区域业务系统和基础架构的高可用性。

服务器和桌面修补程序。

Active Directory和Azure Active Directory / O365支持和维护。

确保符合公司所有相关的信息保护策略和IT运营策略的系统，服务的配置，配置，维护和管理。

Requirements:

Degree of Bachelor in IT related.

5+ years IT Management experience.

5+ years managing Microsoft Windows Server Platforms.

Experience supporting IT Operations in a medium to large organization.

Experiencing administering Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.

Strong communication skills–written and oral.

Able to work in a team environment as well as individually.

Comfortable providing direct support to customers.

ITIL Foundation或类似的IT服务管理资格。

整个Microsoft Stack的行业认证。

网络或防火墙认证。

项目管理认证。
